Serving Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner
Buffet dining is standard in all retreat packages. We offer self-service buffet lines for an all-you-can-eat meal at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A breakfast meal typically consists of protein, hot side dishes, cereals, fruit, bagels or toast, a waffle station, and a beverage center of milk, juice, coffee, and water. A lunch or dinner meal typically consists of multiple hot entrees, a variety of side dishes, soup of the day, salad bar, garden spot, dessert, ice cream, and a beverage center of juice, soda, coffee, and water.
